We want you to be completely happy with your DwellPaws purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

How to Return an Item

Before returning any item, please contact us first at support@dwellpaws.co.uk. Our team will guide you through the returns process and confirm the next steps.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as we may not be able to process your return.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition
  • In their original packaging where possible

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, health, or safety reasons, some items may not be eligible for return once they have been opened or used. This includes certain grooming accessories and pet hygiene products. Where this applies, it will be made clear at the point of purchase.

Refunds

Once we have received and assessed your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow a few working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law. If you believe you have received a faulty or misdescribed item, please contact us as soon as possible at support@dwellpaws.co.uk.
